This Privacy Policy explains how SMMDIA LTD (“Planido”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in Cyprus, collects, uses and protects your information when you use the Planido mobile application and website (the “Service”).
1. Information we collect
- Account information — your name and email address, provided through sign-in (handled via Firebase Authentication).
- Your content — the tasks, shopping items, lists and partner connections you create in the app.
- AI assistant input — messages you send to the in-app AI assistant, which are processed to generate a response.
- Device & push tokens — a notification token used to deliver push notifications, and basic device/usage data needed to operate the Service.
2. How we use your information
- To provide and sync your lists and tasks between you and the partner you invite.
- To deliver notifications about activity relevant to you.
- To provide AI assistant features you request.
- To operate, secure, maintain and improve the Service.
3. Service providers we use
We share limited data with trusted providers only as needed to run the Service:
- Google Firebase — authentication, data storage and push notifications.
- OpenAI — to process AI assistant requests (your prompt is sent to generate a reply).
- RevenueCat / app stores — to manage subscriptions and purchases.
We do not sell your personal data.
4. Data sharing with your partner
When you connect with a partner, the lists and tasks you choose to share become visible to that partner. You can disconnect a partnership at any time in the app.
5. Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see Contact).
6. Your rights
Depending on your location (including under the EU GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.
7. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their data.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
